If you appoint us as your building contractor, we will project manage the entire construction process. In co-operation with a local architect, this includes a full architectural design, Building Regs, and planning service. Externally, we fitted new double glazed windows, purpose made hardwood door set, pvc soffits and fascias. We rendered the house and applied external decoration. Plumbing work included installing underfloor heating (wet system), ground floor toilet relocation and new heating and hot water system.
Allied Electrical are commercial based electrical contractors, undertaking a wide range of commercial and larger domestic electrical projects. We are fully approved electrical contractors for Health Authority and similar projects. We carry out a wide range of lighting and general power installations including emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. In addition, we are able to verify existing electrical installations, conducting Periodic Inspections complete with report and certification. In this project, the installation of the mechanical and electrical services was part of the whole fit out project that we undertook on behalf of major building contractors, Herald Build Ltd.
