This morning my washing machine decided to stop working, mid cycle. A friend had told me about Chapmans and I decided to telephone them, not thinking they could help me as quickly as I needed. Wow, was I wrong! I spoke to Andrea, who I must say is worth her weight in gold.within an hour my old machine was taken away and a new one was fitted. Forget all the other stores, not only are they efficient but their prices, in my opinion cannot be beaten. What a service and thank you again Andrea you even gave excellent after service.
