The THS team phoned to confirm they were on their way - always helpful. They were prompt, helpful and completed the job carefully and thoroughly. They explained the issues comprehensively following the condition review. The booking and communications process was also very good and thorough, and responsive, as well as the follow-up explanations. I would recommend them highly.

Tony and his team are very professional. They arrive on the dot. With a clean and tidy uniforms and with all necessary anti-covid equipment. They were polite, asked me questions and let me know what they needed to do. They work quickly and efficiently and try to minimise disruption. The work they did was tidy and they make an effort to ensure the aesthetics were right. Moreover, this work needed to be done in a given week and Tony made every effort to fit us in. Will totally recommend them.

I found Tony and his team to be very professional and easy to work with. My requirements were fully met, including: new LED spotlight installation, conversion of touch switches to dimmable switches. I got good responses for the quotes on the work and all my questions were answered, which gave me confidence to proceed. The electrician came prepared with all necessary equipment; work was carried out diligently and they cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Tony's services in the future; and would recommend them to anyone else.

I am quite picky when it comes to trades men but I couldn't recommend THS Electrical more if I wanted. We woke up on a Sunday morning with no power in parts of our home. Upon contacting THS they had an engineer out within the hour. The THS technicians arrived with a warming and friendly nature to match their professionalism. Our issue, which wasn't an easy one it turned out, was diagnosed within minutes and as the work to resolve it progressed I was kept well informed and felt very comfortable with them in our home. Watching the THS electrician I could see he was a true master of his work and felt he was worth every penny spent.
He was fast and efficient and wasted no time at all, even when informing me of what he was doing. I have since deleted other electricians contacts because THS are now my first and only contact for any future work and they come with our highest recommendation to do the same.
