I used Bathroom Concepts to place a large order for bathroom equipment and furniture. I had a shopping list from a well-known online supplier but, having read awful reviews, I decided I wanted to have a local company take care of me. I made the right decision. Francis answered the phone and went out of his way to help me. He went through my list, advised when I had missed something (e.g. toilet seats), and gave me all the discounts at his disposal.
The final quote was a little more than the online stores but the personal service was worth every penny. When, weeks after delivery, we realised a couple of items had been somehow undelivered, he arranged for them to be sent - no questions asked. Thanks Francis and Bathroom Concepts.

Great experience with Bathroom Concepts - the show rooms is stunning and great for inspiration. I found the staff very helpful when choosing my new bathroom suite.
