My partner Paul Neale is renovating my sisters property in Brecon. I have to say he has always found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant! Each time Paul has ordered materials from them, service is second to none, and delivery is usually within the hour if not sooner! The delivery drivers go out of their way to help, and the staff in the branch are always very helpful and pleasant! Well done Brecon, you are doing an amazing job! If only everybody had the same outstanding work ethic and staff!

The Brecon staff are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never been into a builders merchants where the staff are as helpful and courteous as the Brecon branch are. Materials delivered, offloaded with care and stacked so well. Sorry I wasnt there to help with the off load. I may update you with the decking project. Thank you.
