As well as undertaking scheduled and reactive building maintenance services to many clients, ThermaCell attends the lounges of a client at airports across the UK to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits. To ensure the longevity, efficiency and reliability of equipment, regular maintenance is of paramount importance. ThermaCell has developed an excellent working relationship with this client whereby an assessment of the general condition of the lounge is also carried out. Depending on the nature of the maintenance works required, we can either liaise directly with the client to obtain approval to carry these out immediately or provide a quote for these to be carried out on the next visit.

Experienced in larger scale building services projects, ThermaCell has recently been involved in the completion of the new Aspire lounge at Edinburgh airport; and the refurbishment of the Aspire lounge at Luton airport. At Edinburgh airport, we provided all extract (including ductwork), pipework, electrical and plumbing. At Luton airport we provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing services; in both instances working alongside other contractors.
