Sanco is an independent family firm based in the Midlands but working throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. With over 40 year's experience as a service provider, Sanco began as a family run business in 1965 supplying, installing, commissioning and supporting open protocol alarm systems for the fire, security and nurse call industries.

Back at our workshop we have a team of engineers that are dedicated in the quick turnaround of our handsets repairs. Their main objective is to diagnose challenges, repair and deliver handsets within a tight time frame, ensuring you the customer an unbeatable service. To place your service repair order simply send us a purchase order number with the total amount to cover the works and add on 12 for post and packaging (if you need a quote then please email us on sales@sancouk.com). We will then send your repaired handsets back to you within 2 weeks, as long as they are not beyond economic repair.
