I have used P Blackhall Ltd for boiler services a few times over the years. I found them to be really friendly and helpful going out of their way to help me out when I’d left it quiet late in the day to book my annual gas safety inspection. Our tenants confirmed they were also efficient, professional and friendly during the inspection.
Yesterday (Saturday evening) I also had to contact their out of hours service as our tenants had reported issues with their heating. Gavin offered to make a call to our tenants initially to see if he could assist over the phone. He made the call then called me straight back and thankfully he was able to assist with a temporary fix over the phone to see the tenants over the weekend. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

It is fantastic to find a company who really have their customers needs at heart. We recently had a problem with our loo which had to be replaced and P Blackhall have made the experience as stress free as possible. The engineer arrived on time and was nothing but polite. He did a fantastic job. A good plumbing company is hard to find these days and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Needed some small pieces of remedial work done on some sinks and radiators. From quote to completion the job by Blackhall was seamless. Derek and Ryan turned up in branded workwear and the work was as professional as the way they looked.
Courteous and tidy they completed the work without fuss and to my great satisfaction. Local business, employing local people, thoroughly recommended.

I had a problem with my central heating boiler not switching off despite the control panel. The emergency number gave me sufficient advice to avoid an expensive weekend call out. Ryan then came promptly on Monday morning to diagnose the problem and provide a temporary solution. He then returned a few days later to fit the new part, which involved draining the system, and he ensured that all was working before he left. At all times Ryan was neat, polite, helpful and inspired my full confidence. He was also calm, friendly, thorough and very efficient.

Prompt attention, honest advice about my 35 year old CH system, efficient and successful work undertaken to service the boiler they fitted two years ago and power flush the 8 radiators of which 4 were not up to speed before. Simon and Derek were friendly and efficient and the system is now functioning well. I trusted their advice, am glad I did and would recommend them to anyone.

I have just had a pressurised domestic water system installed in my house, and also a new Worcester Bosch boiler.
There was a problem with the pressurised system as the mains water supply was very poor. Derek and Gavin, the Blackhall plumbers, were absolutely excellent. Their workmanship was neat and expediently executed, but they also went that extra mile to determine the cause of the poor mains pressure. This involved contacting Scottish Water and working with them to establish and rectify the problem. This they successfully did and the system now runs perfectly.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Blackhall Plumbing.

Excellent service from Blackhall. Promptly came out to quote for electrical and plumbing work and were able to do the work at short notice to fit in with other trades people working in our new house before we moved in. Ryan (plumber) did an excellent job, efficient, neat and tidy work. Thanks Ryan! We would recommend their services and will use them again.
