T&W Electrical are a medium sized electrical and Mechanical installation company providing design and installation of electrical, fire Alarm, Data cabling and specialist control systems along with Heating ventilation, Heat recovery Air source heat pumps to range of buildings. Based in Southampton centrally to the south coast and covering the south of England we pride ourselves on a personal, professional and cost effective method of working.
We installed Air source heat pumps to the garden, These were Daikin Altherma air to water units. Interlink pre insulated pipe has been under the ground rising in to the houses to the cylinder cupboard. Under floor heating to the ground floor separately controlled per room with radiators to the upper floors. This was a Full Design and build project working along side Allen architects and RV Rart builders. Heat recovery ventilation system has been installed in a building with many level transitions.

A full in house design is provided with proposal layouts personally presented to the owners ensuring that all of your specialist domestic electrical requirements are met. We always welcome any changes in design and our projects are quickly and efficiently executed. At T & W Electrical we install a range of lighting automation systems these enable ‘scene' settings of lighting generally to pirmary rooms.
Energy efficient installations can reduce running costs and provide equivalent lighting levels to traditional sources. Light fittings can be chosen for there efficiency and appearance along with automatic switching and sensors which balance the natural light with additional luminance required. We provide savings by means of supply and installaion of branded led downlighters with ‘chip on board' led lamps and integeral Led drivers to maximise efficiency. LED panels and T5 fluorescent lighting can be installed with the option of motion sensors.
T&W Electrical have our own in house Computer aided design department using Auto Cad MEP 2014. We liaise with our customers to produce a cad drawing showing room layouts with electrical symbols, this enables final users to see and make any changes to the drawing before works commence. The drawings can be over laid on mechanical and services drawings electronically to ensure no 'clashes' occur in the construction stages. This shows cables to be installed as calculated from our in house electrical design department.
