Witham Timber is a friendly family run business with over 40 years experience in garden timber and landscaping products. We have supplied a huge range of customers of all sizes - from one fence post to replace a broken one in your back garden to multi-year contracts supplying miles of fencing to contractors. For all of this time we have been the proud suppliers of fencing and other timber products to thoroughbred racehorse stud farms across Europe. All our concrete fencing products are steel reinforced for extra strength. They are an excellent alternative to timber, ideal for windy areas where you want extra peace of mind. Our range of slotted concrete posts are designed to be used with any, and all of our fence panels; simply slide them into place! Alternatively, if you're looking to build your own fence, use our recessed posts. Don't forget to add a concrete gravel board. Not only do these pieces create an attractive, finished look to your fence, they actually protect it, extending the lifespan of your timber by lifting it away from the soil!

Shed and Fence Wood Treatment - A water-resistant wood treatment which enhances the natural beauty of timber. A cost-effective wood stain which, unlike many competitor brands, can be applied to both planed (finished) and rough sawn timber. Shed and Fence is our basic economy range that offers great coverage and is of a thin, watery consistency that is easily brush painted, or sprayed. For fencing one coat will colour and weather-proof with a second deepening the colour and extending the lifespan.

From wall battens for attaching your close board gates to the side of your house through to pyramid topped posts for the largest field gates, you can be sure we have the post you need to hang your gates.

We carry huge stocks of pressure treated fencing. We can supply you with posts, rails, boards, capping, planed, mortised - whatever you want. We only sell pressure treated fencing components. When you are buying timber, you should always make sure that it has been treated under pressure. The preservatives penetrate deep into the timber making it last so much longer. All our fencing components are harvested from sustainable forests to strict European laws. We are FSC® Certified (FSC® C007915)to make sure we uphold the high standards of forestry management.
