Overall service was excellent. From planning through to implementation the team were there making sure that we didn’t make any dumb decisions and helping us when the inevitable small shifts were required as things didn’t quite fit in as first planned! The main thing that made us go forward with FPS was Scott’s ‘yes’ attitude to all our ideas. Nothing could not be done and options were laid at the table at each point to make sure we had the bathroom we wanted. Really pleased with the end result! Thanks to the whole team that made it happen!

Our bathroom had to be done on a small budget and everyone else gave expensive quotes and lists of problems. Scott talked us through our options to keep the price down and highlighted the areas that really needed attention. As a result he moved the bath, retiled the splash areas, replaced the old taps and then decorated the room to freshen it up. We now have a nice, fresh bathroom. Many thanks.
