Sue was really knowledgeable and helpful and was able to accommodate what to us seemed like a very complicated programme for the fitters. Our carpets had to be fitted in three phases to tie in with builders, decorators, electricians etc. Nothing was too much trouble, all the fitters were terrific. Very professional and efficient. Great ranges of carpets, great advice, great service! No hesitation in recommending them.
