I can't fault the service I receive in the Neath store. I'm trade and was buying lots of adhesive there. But you have put your multi buy prices up again. No point trade going there anymore.

I'm so impressed with the patience of Topps Tiles employee -Mark from Bounds Green shop. He listened carefully what I had in mind (even I didn't know what I wanted at that time haha) brought me so many samples, put them next to each other 100 times as I couldn't make my mind. Finally we did it and I just want to say a huge thank you to him! Such an employee is worth a lot and the company should know that because of him you've got a customer who will always come back.

Just been to Topps Tiles in Frome. We have spent thousands with Topps Tiles and went in to get a refund on some unused items. Those with a receipt were ok albeit I have to wait for a cheque but I had two door strips clearly purchased from the store but no receipt. They point blank refused to refund. Not helpful in the slightest. Worst customer service I have ever had and this s the first time I have written a bad review for anything. Very upset and will not ever buy from there again and will recommend friends and family don't bother either.
