Just had my kitchen finished, after long delay due to covid. Absolutely love it, totally a wow kitchen.!!The whole process from start to finish was faultless. Direct kitchens you have a brilliant team working with you, from the builder, plasterer, electrician and fitters!

your after sales need massive improvements. everything was fine til the fitter found 2 doors missing and one door damaged. 6 weeks it took to get replacement doors and the staff wasnt much help. I have 4 family members and 2 friends looking to replace their kitchens but sadly I cannot recommend your company and now wish I had gone somewhere else.

kitchen is beautiful. more than happy with it. Carl is good at his job. but the genius is the fitter mark. he's a perfectionist. he's a very honest and lovely person too.. nothing too much trouble for him. makes all the difference when someone is spending the week in your home. can't thank him enough.. and Jack of course. the electrician Joel and the plasterer I wouldn't recommend. infact if I'd known them before I wouldn't have gone to DK!! mark made it all worth while though.

Every thing went smoothly from start to finish. Every detail was taken into account in the planning stage. During planning every thing was double checked and nothing was left to chance. ALL Direct Kitchen staff were reliable and professional, but James the kitchen fitter was the difference between a good kitchen and a great kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge and craftsmanship was superb.
