H20 bathrooms of monks cross Huntington fitted our bathroom April 2022. Unfortunately the products used were poor quality. Furthermore the grouting used was low quality and poorly applied and cracked in multiple areas. We complained and H20 hid behind the short 6 month warranty and were rude and unprofessional AVOID

We bought a new property and the whole bathroom needed guttering and redoing. These lads came and plastered the ceiling and added new flooring which is gorgeous, units, and tiles. The job was finished to a high standard and we are very impressed. Top blokes!

It's difficult to find a trustworthy company that is reliable and has decent prices but lucky for me I was told about this bathroom shop in York and I went to check them out. I was so impressed by them that I hired them for my bathroom makeover.

My old bathroom and separate toilet were knocked into one. The position of the shower over the bath was moved along with the wash basin. There was re plastering and a doorway to be filled. This was all completed well. The tiling is very good. The team were efficient, polite, on time, careful within the property and excellent at covering up and with clearing up at the end of the day. All snags were dealt with. I am very pleased with the outcome.

We have just had H2o and the team install us a fabulous new bathroom and cloakroom, and what a fabulous job they have all done, attention to detail was key for them. All works carried out in less than 2 weeks for both rooms. They took care and left our place spotless, wife was so impressed that they hoovered up every night.👏👏👏 Bravo H2o

We have just had our bathroom redone by H2o Bathrooms, but when I say redone this included plastering, knocking walls down and rebuilding all tiling and a new doorway to make a jack and Jill bathroom. The work was amazing and completed in just 6 days with no hassle no fuss and most of all no mess, the workmen was so clean and tidy and very thorough. The other thing is that we have had a problem with our central heating for over 18 months and had 2 plumbers/gas engineers out costing us over £1000 and neither could solve our issue. This was mentioned to H2o and they rectified our problem and sorted it at a fraction of what we paid these other tradesmen. So if you want a job doing and a job doing right from the start I would certainly recommend H2o, they certainly know their stuff and all carried out and not subcontracted. We was so pleased we bought them chocolates and beer to thank for their hard work and most of all sorting out our heating. I know where to go for our next project.

Our kitchen was in need of a full upgrade but did not want all the hassle, we previously had nee worktops fitted but was a disaster. We then visited H2o and nothing seem to phase them with what we wanted, we had to wait several months but this was well worth waiting for. The transformation we have had at a fraction of what we expect to pay. Everything was carried out by H2o and the fitters was extremely tidy, you could not even tell we had workmen in the house. The work was carried out and completed to a very high standard within a few days and the team arrived each day when they said they would and kept us well informed on what they were doing and how the work was progressing. I have no hesitation in recommending others to use this company. Yes you will have to wait, but it’s well worth it.

We are very pleased with the kitchen that H2O have just fitted for us, transforming an awkwardly shaped room into a streamlined space that it is a pleasure to spend time in. They did every aspect of the job for us and the whole process was very smooth. This professional family firm was easy to deal with, right from the initial friendly contact with the showroom. Steve’s survey was very thorough: he asked lots of questions, made plenty of suggestions and took note of what we wanted. They were punctual and reliable, working solidly every day from start to finish. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I'd thoroughly recommend Steve and his team for great end-to-end service. We're very pleased with our bathroom refurbishment - the workmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and the work was carried out punctually and reliably, and with a minimum of mess. Steve and the team's can-do attitude meant that all the challenges that our elderly bathroom threw at them were dealt with efficiently and with good humour, and the results speak for themselves.

We needed a complete new bathroom after many years of use. We wanted to pay for quality and efficiency and with Steve and H20 we were given top quality and the very best in efficiency. The craftsmanship was excellent and the resulting bathroom was truly fabulous.

Steve was very helpful, he helped us design our new en-suite with some different ideas. We now have a beautiful bathroom. The boys work very hard and they are very polite. Would definitely recommend.
