Michael John Flooring

Established in 1946, Michael John Flooring has evolved from a family-run enterprise into Leicestershire's premier independent flooring retailer. Our legacy began with Michael John Molloy assisting his father in selling diverse goods before transitioning to carpets and rugs in 1959. Over seven decades, we've expanded our showrooms and expertise while maintaining core values of quality and service. Our team combines extensive industry experience with certifications in leading flooring brands, offering tailored solutions for residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on award-winning customer service, employing a dedicated installation team with over 20 members, all committed to delivering precision and care.

Our accreditations include SMAS Worksafe Contractor and CHAS certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. With showrooms in Leicester and Oadby, we serve a wide geographical area, providing comprehensive flooring solutions from initial consultation to final installation. Our partnerships with major developers like Davidsons Homes demonstrate our capability to handle large-scale projects with professionalism. Through generations, we've maintained a focus on innovation, recently celebrating our 75th anniversary with industry recognition for customer service excellence. This enduring commitment to quality and client satisfaction continues to define our approach to flooring solutions.
