Established in 1980 A. Beck & Son Landscapes (Alan and Scott Beck) is a family owned business with over 30 years experience and an excellent reputation in the gardening trade. Our friendly landscape garden and maintenance services are for domestic (residential) and commercial customers throughout Northamptonshire, surrounding towns and villages. We cater for small home customers through to large businesses - no job is too big or too small. We re-turf lawns, trim hedges, prune trees, landscape gardens, repair and replace fences, install patios and paving, cut grass and clear garden rubbish!

We offer a wide range of garden and driveway paving options including block paving, concrete setts, paving slabs and natural stone, suitable for driveways, paths and patio garden areas. Our free no obligation quotation includes excavation and clearance, establishing a hard-core base, laying of materials and finishing with joint filling sand. Individual block paving is available in a selection of block types and colours allowing an unlimited choice of laying patterns and designs.

We can tidy your garden and remove any unwanted garden shrubs, bushes, trees, green waste, cuttings and branches. We can also remove unwanted garden items such as garden furniture, sheds and fencing. All garden waste is disposed of as part of our service, leaving your garden clear and usable. If there is not direct access to your garden we will provide sheeting and protection in your house.

All lawns need mowing frequently, it's the most important task in maintaining a healthly cared for lawn. Getting the grass cutting height and mowing frequency right can make a difference to the ongoing health of the lawn. We can cut a small 100 square metre lawn through to estates with several acres of lawn. We also strim areas that cannot be mowed, trim lawn edges and clear any cutting of paths and driveways. Mowing is carried out mainly between March and October. During spring and autumn months we recommend once a week, during summer months this can increase to twice weekly depending on the weather.

We supply and install all types of fencing for the garden, plus agricultural and commercial applications. Fence removal, repair and replacement and fence treatment are additional services that we offer. Non-panel garden fences that are assembled from pales and rails put up in the traditional method for use with standard square fence posts. The majority of garden fence panels are designed to create a simple fencing system to suit most garden styles. All fence panels are heavy duty and offer superior quality.

We cover a complete range of residential and commercial tree pruning, surgery, stump grinding and hedge cutting services. Parts of your trees can be removed whether they are diseased, dying or dead, potentially dangerous, or simply healthy branches that are removed for cosmetic reasons. We do this in a safe and professional way with a good understanding of tree biology. Pruning early in a tree's life can help avoid biomechanical features that will become dangerous later in the life of the tree. Our professional tree surgery service includes tree pruning, reductions, tree shaping, crown lifting, crown reduction, thinning, removal and topping.
