Absolutely thrilled. Tim was the first to quote and from thereon, I didn't bother getting anyone else to quote. First off, punctuality was spot on and he grafted a full day, every day. No corners cut, no botching of tricky things and consulted me throughout on any little bits that needed a solution. Tim knows his stuff and relies on products he trusts and shows in the final job. He also offered practical advice and did the job exactly as I wanted after discussing options and practicalities. Nothing was too much trouble and after I had the floor laid, Tim returned to leave every last little bit exactly as it should be. Tidy throughout and I am exceptionally pleased with the job from start to finish, all for a very reasonable price. Splendid.
