Roger Costelloe graduated from Askham Bryan College, York, with an HND in Horticulture. He then went on to study for a PGdipLA at Birmingham Poly, before joining Frosts Landscape Construction Ltd in 1993. Roger has over 25 years of professional garden design and construction experience, designing and managing many projects, both domestic and commercial.
