After completing a 4 year apprenticeship at Barratt Homes, Abbas qualified with an NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and worked for several years in the construction industry. Abbas came to fit a hot water cylinder for me. He did it quickly, efficiently, has been really helpful and easy to contact both before and after, and helped suggest the right parts to buy. He removed all the old tanks, did a separate little job for me while he was over, gave a very reasonable quote and stuck to it perfectly. I can't recommend him enough, and I'm hopeful he would be able to come back and do more work for me if needed - starting with some electric heaters.

When our (very) old boiler broke down, AGP responded in a professional and timely manner. We got updates from Abbas about his ETA, he diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to explain it clearly. We decided to replace the boiler and AGP again provided an excellent service, a quality product and transparent and reasonable costs. The aftercare service was also excellent – a minor problem was rectified very quickly, and Abbas was also able to provide advice and signposting on an unrelated electrical issue.

I had a problem with my boiler causing me to have no heat at all (at a time when you REALLY need it!) Abbas was in touch prior to visiting my home to ensure he had an idea as to what was needed to get the job done. During his visit, Abbas ensured i was informed as to what he was doing and what initially was the problem. Parts were ordered and he returned within days once the part had been delivered to complete the work....he even bled my radiators for me, great service! Always friendly and approachable who has continued to be a big help when needed. Recommended 100% to friends and companies who are looking for a reliable, professional and friendly service.
