I can't recommend Keith highly enough. I initially had a boiler issue and then had a leaking pipe which was not easy to locate. He responded quickly, professionally, found the problem and then came back to put everything back as if it hadn't happened (just a bit of painting when it has dried out). He was very fair with his charges and clearly really cared about doing a great job.
