Today, two AC service engineers, Andy and Mac, visited our site to carry out service work.
They were professional, and courteous throughout their visit. They completed their work efficiently, demonstrated good technical knowledge, and answered all our questions clearly. They also ensured that the work area was left clean and tidy after the service.
We are very satisfied with the quality of their work and would be happy to recommend Andy and Mac for their professionalism and excellent service.

We were recommended AAC to service our air conditioning unit at home, maintenance seem to be an issue with many other companies but AAC were happy to help. Andy turned up at the time given and worked effeciently and cleanly leaving no mess. Air con works as good as when it was installed, a part has broken but Andy ensured us that this was all in hand. AAC is a fantastic company. Have used them for servicing an old bedroom unit for years but, after last year's hot summer, decided to install a new system for downstairs. AAC were helpful, professional, good with advice. Olly and Callum arrived as arranged and spent a day fitting in the new system. So clean, no mess, checking with me regularly that what they were doing was where I wanted it and explaining everything very clearly. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would give more than 5 stars if there was an option!

We cannot recommend AAC air conditioning highly enough. From the house survey at the start right through to the fitting of the units the team - Dave and Callum - were very professional, hard working, friendly and polite and worked together very well as a team. Everything ran smoothly and we are very pleased with the finished product.
