Established in 1979 Constable and Phillips is a family run business, designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Studies. Our showroom and factory are based in Long Crendon, Aylesbury, near Thame, on the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire border. We have a large showroom with many displays and we manufacture all of our furniture in house. We offer a personal and friendly approach, from the design stage right through to the installation by our own professional team.
Constable & Phillips is a family business owned and run by Peter and Elaine Boyson. Our company was founded in 1979 by John Constable and Derek Phillips, both skilled cabinet makers, with a wealth of experience. Although since retired, the high standards that they set are evident in the furniture that we make today. Peter Boyson joined in 1981 as designer and project manager and became a Director in 1986. The management team including Steve Boyson and Paul Higgins are there to ensure that we maintain the high standards that clients have come to expect from Constable & Phillips.
The kitchen is the heart of the home. A functional room as well as a place to relax and entertain your friends and family. Constable and Phillips have been designing kitchens for over 30 years. No two kitchens are ever the same so we offer a truly bespoke service with attention to the smallest of details. We are approved appliance dealers for Scholtes, Siemens and Bosch, examples of which we display in our showroom, together with our own handmade furniture.
We can make bedroom furniture in many styles, whether traditional or contemporary. Furniture can be either fitted or freestanding, to suit your needs. Wardrobes can be designed to fit into the eaves of the house to maximize the usable space. Bedrooms designed to work for you. Dovetailed wooden storage drawers glide smoothly with our soft close runners and hanging rails that pull down to give you easy access. We can also design and build furniture for your Study to accommodate traditional filing systems and computer hardware.
