Report
I ordered a one off piece of glass (after a price was given over the phone) from Melton Glass and after visiting the shop, I was totally disgusted with their service. Never once did they say 'please' or thank you', they (especially Kevin) are so rude and have no respect whatsoever for customers. The glass was not cut precisely to template, but as it was slightly smaller I could get away with it. There was no offer of replacement, Kevin just blamed my template, which was readily accepted when I placed the order face to face.
He just asked if I wanted my money back. He basically wanted to wash his hands on the job as he said it had been more trouble than it was worth, even though a 3rd party had cut the glass! I wish I could've got my money back, but that would've created more hassle for me to find someone else to cut a piece. Kevin also walked away from the counter and left me to struggle out of the door with a large piece of glass in my hands, no offer to open the door, so rude.
