Report
Did not turn up to do the estimate when they said they would and I had stayed in especially. Only one guy turned up when should have had 2 as roof access needed. The job was poor-sealant not trimmed and they damaged new decorating that had been carried out, not on the windows (as I expected that) but the window sill and frame, so much so the decorator had to come and redo it. Oh and they left lots of mess all over the drive for me to clear up.
