Pro-Active Maintenance was established in 1998, when we identified the need for a dedicated office repairs and maintenance service with a commercial focus. Everything we do is geared towards office life; we are dedicated to easing the burden on office managers of tending to one-off issues and regular maintenance requirements of busy offices. During our market research, managers told us that they didn't have time for the little things, such as repairing and replacing broken furniture and fittings, keeping on top of lighting and painting, or arranging to fix time-sensitive one-off issues, such as leaking taps.
