Our range of baths include high quality acrylic baths (yes there is such a thing), Cast Iron (for the traditionalist) and Heavy Gauge Pressed Steel (for the traditionalist who wants the wider choice of styles available in Acrylic, but not available in Cast iron). DESIGN TIP: If having a shower over the bath look for a bath with a designated shower area that is wider and flatter to stand on and try to keep the bath tap ledge clear, allowing for the shower screen to fold flat against the wall when not in use (see the Exafill arrangement or look for wall mounted or corner taps).

Better quality sanitaryware (basins, bidets and loos) will be manufactured from thicker china, that is less breakable and gives better defined design, it will also be thicker glazed so there will be no translucent edges. DESIGN TIP: The more floor area you can see, the bigger you room will look, so, wall hung toilets and furniture help in this respect.

The humble radiator or three bar chrome heated towel rail are no longer suitable for a stylish bathroom. Heated towel ladders that are powerful enough to heat the room and dry the towels are the modern thing and they are available in white, chrome, gold or colours to match your bathroom suite, as well as in dual finishes (like chrome and gold) and special finishes (like Nickel). Some of these 'Ladders' will not look out of place in a period bathroom but ball jointed rails in chrome or gold (or a combination), with white or coloured traditional style column radiators are the more authentic answer.

We offer showers for all types of plumbing system. The most popular at the moment are power showers, but we also offer gravity fed showers, ones suitable for Combination boilers, Un-vented plumbing systems and Electric showers. Whatever shower you choose it is always best to specify a thermostatic temperature control (even on an electric shower) and have separate controls for flow and temperature. This makes control of the temperature easier and if you are in the habit of turning the shower off, while you soap yourself down, you just turn the shower back on and the temperature will still be the same as you left it.
