I work full-time Monday to Friday and had to take a day off to get this appointment. I get a call on the day telling me that one of the gentlemen has a sick bug and had to go home. I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to finally having my windows replaced and also it was a bit of a pain for me to get the day off work. I then booked another appointment, waited around all day, to then get a phone call at 16:35 to tell me that they were on their way, but their van has broken down and won't be able to make my appointment. As you can imagine, I am furious and cannot believe it. What a bad company & what a terrible excuse. I won't be dealing with this company again. What a waste of time!

Thank you to Colchester Glazing for an excellent job. The guys in the office when I called we're very helpful and friendly, they fitted me in swiftly for a quotation. My new front door was fitted a week later!! The team were both professional, polite and tidy in their work!! I love my new front door and would happily use these guys again.
