My name is Gareth Spray & I live in broadmeadows, Alfreton. I have been offering a Home Maintenance & handyman service in Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire for general house, commercial and landlord work many years. I have worked in the fitted kitchen & bathroom business for over 20 years, I have gained many skills which has enabled me to tackle most jobs, I do however work closely with electricians and gas safe engineers when needed. I have a passion for what I do and as such work to a very high standard - I take immense pride in both myself and the work I complete for clients.

Unlike many maintenance companies we do not charge a retainer, nor do we charge a call out fee for any work required between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm weprovide a professional and fully insured service which includes all general repairs to your property. If required we are happy to retain a set of keys to allow access when tennants are working or at university/college.
