If required walls and ceilings are prepared by filling cracks/holes and sanding. Gaps between skirting and walls are sealed and if the woodwork needs painting it is sanded and prepared prior to glossing. Regular maintenance of the outside of your house not only protects your woodwork it also keeps your home looking good.

I'm not a builders firm, so please don't ask for a quote to build an extension, however advice can be given on things to consider in your design.

How refreshing to find a reliable handyman who returns calls & emails, turns up when expected and is capable of a wide variety of jobs (with a wide range of tools to hand)! He shows an interest in problem solving rather than just blindly fixing the symptom. We were very grateful for his advice when he removed render from our 2 large garden walls over two days, only to discover the wall was in very poor condition underneath. Phil pointed out the cause to us, listened to our concerns, spoke to our neighbours and checked the wall from their side, then politely suggested a number of options.
