JDC was established by Jeff Chesters, an experienced tiler, and his wife Jennie and as the business has grown and flourished, a dedicated and experienced team has joined the company, together with trusted, time-served tradespeople.
Never underestimate the impact your worktop choice will have on the overall scheme. Worktops add colour, texture and interest and, as the workhorse of any kitchen, there are many elements to consider. We will work with you to help you select the best type of worktop by considering how you want your new kitchen to look, the space available and how the worktop will be used. We offer a wide range of worktops including granite and Krion, while we are also approved fabricators and installers of Corian, a remarkable, solid surface material that is naturally resistant to mould, bacteria and mildew.
As well as offering an end to end design, supply and installation service, we can also supply to customers who are undertaking their bathroom or wet room refurbishment as a DIY project. We offer a full range of products from complete bathroom suites in varying price ranges to individual accessory items. Doing the work yourself doesn't mean you lose out on access to our expertise and experience! We will work with you to ensure that you're buying the best products and materials on the market for what you are planning and will be happy to give you "tricks of the trade" in terms of hints and tips along the way, or to work Closely with your installer or Builder to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We have Wall and Floor tiles and resin wall panels to create a stunning bathroom or wetroom.
Ceilings and, particularly lighting, are factors that can often be the last consideration when it comes to designing a new space. At JDC we offer a range of different options for kitchen and bathroom ceilings. Plastic or PVC ceiling panels are an alternative to traditional plastered or plasterboard ceilings. The PVC decorative cladding is fireproof, waterproof and easily cleaned once installed. Available in a variety of styles and colours and with some containing anti-bacterial agents to help keep your kitchen or bathroom clean, they are a great alternative to traditional materials.
As well as our customers benefiting from our experienced teams of time-served fitters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, tilers and joiners we also have qualified builders who can complete any work required by your kitchen and bathroom design - re-modelling, removing walls, plastering and much more. Our builders always work to the highest standard of building, while all certificates required for electrical work, gas and buildings regulations are supplied. Our specialists can also provide expert advice on quality materials, the best brands, colour combinations and ultimate space usage.

We can show you the range of styles available and discuss the different directions in which our products can be taken to create a unique, bespoke kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, working with you from inception to completion.

To help you get started we have access to a range of modern funky furniture, home lighting, wall mirrors, home accessories, mirrored furniture, mosaic lamps, chrome and ceramics, bar furniture, arts and gifts. We also specialise in commercial or contract grade chairs and tables suitable for the restaurant, bar, caf and hotel trade.
Although we offer a full kitchen design and installation service, we also offer "supply only". Our supply service is aimed at people wanting to carry out the installation themselves, or for those who already have an installer. Supply only still gives you access to our design service and our experience to ensure that you buy the right products for your project. We'll not only help you make the right product decisions, we'll help you plan the installation to ensure that you have everything you need.
