Mr. Smartt did a wonderful job replacing our disabled wet room with a new bathroom. The wet room had been very badly installed and water leakage had ruined the floor and a part of the wall. There was a great deal of damage. Mr Smartt kindly explained to us and talked us through exactly why the problems had occurred (it transpired that even the toilet had not been properly aligned). He explained to us what needed to be done and what our options were so we were able to make decisions based on function ability, price and design.

The client had moved in six months ago and the property was newly refurbished. After six months the wall to the side of the washing machine was rotten and black with mould, it was obvious that a leak was the culprit. There were two seeping plumbing joints behind the washing machine. A poorly soldered joint was found in the wall to the side, which went through to the shower. This joint was spraying water and is lucky it was not left any longer as it would have caused mould throughout the property.
