If you are looking for an alarm or cctv, at least ask Barry to give you a quote. Barry, Paul and Alex were all polite, helpful, and conscientious. From the quotation, through to payment, Barry was completely professional but without losing the 'personal' touch. For constructive feedback (because none of us are truly 100% perfect except my wife!), I would just suggest a little more knowledge on the S/W for the cameras. However this is a minor point. The CCTV is all working as it it should and I am more than satisfied on the alarm.
We had 5no cameras fitted all around our house and one at the front door that is activated with movement, the quality of the installation was excellent and we are over the moon with the cameras and the views we get. We was on holiday last week and knowing that we could keep an eye on the children coming and going and seeing parcel delivery guys, postman etc walk up our drive and then watch them leave really put our mind at rest. Also with the facility to look back for 4 weeks if necessary, record or take photos is another plus.
