Morten Design Interiors is led by its founder Kari Evans. Following an early career in design and lifelong passion for homes and interiors, in 1995 Kari set up her own bespoke curtains business. This flourished within its first few years and was followed by her studying her first love of interior design. This enabled her to expand her services and business and Morten Design Interiors has become what it is today - a successful and trusted interiors consultancy. Our clients' desires are our priority and Kari and her team strive to always accomplish stunning results.
Morten Design Interiors have our own local work studio that produces all our curtains and blinds. We have an extensive range of design solutions for your windows providing a fully bespoke service, hand finished to the highest standards. All projects are directed and overseen by Kari herself ensuring that personal touch. There are a vast range of window treatments to choose from and we will work closely with you to help you decide on the best design, fabric and fittings to suit your windows, taking into account the architecture and proportions of your home as well as your personal taste and style.
When designing a project our clients' tastes and style and their expectations are our priority. We work hard to design a comfortable and practical space that is visually stunning and reflects the owner's style and personality. We work with local top quality upholsterers to produce all our bespoke furniture or to recover clients' existing sofas and chairs to coordinate with the room scheme and create a feature piece of furniture. We have a team of local craftsmen that we work with for any works required - painting and decorating, designing and building high class joinery, plumbing and electrics.
We offer a full interior design service providing solutions for your home or property with colours, fabrics and textures, window dressings, furniture and accessories.
