Entrance Porch, Hallway, Stairs & Landing The brief was to create a modern and contemporary feel for this space with a twist of Art Deco glamour that will stand the test of time and remain classic for years to come. Taking inspiration from the Art Deco period, which is elegant and glamorous and includes bold geometric shapes, black furniture and mirrored surfaces. The colour pallet of varying grey tones and white have a calming effect and. My client wanted a glamorous luxurious feel for this living space so the overall look in the room is known as 'boutique chic'.

Caroline Butterworth, is experienced in many aspects of the Interior Design world, including the soft furnishing industry, furniture design and making specialising in wood, and property development. Completing an Art & Design Foundation and a degree in Furniture Design/Making graduating with a BA(Hons) and afterwards becoming qualified in the Theory and Practice of Interior Design at the Interior Design Institute, London leading her to establish her own Interior Design Business.
