The Architectural Design Department manages projects from conception through to completion, supplying design intent drawings to the interiors department. Comprehensive drawing packages are prepared for projects, from initial sketch proposals through to full plans with associated interior architectural detailing. Our attention to the specifics ensure the correct language and the appropriate forms are used for each individual property. This service can by request include the preparation and submission of drawings for the Planning Application process.
The Interior Design Department incorporates four teams with independent approaches, who are accordingly matched to individual projects where there is an affinity with the clients' vision, both of which are essential components to reach a successful conclusion. Each team enables Guy's vision to be fulfilled. Our approach requires an exceptional level of attention and the correct interpretation of the client's expectations. This is achieved by creating mood-boards related to furniture lay-outs, perspectives and hand-sketches which enable the client to visualise the various areas of the project.
