Artisans and Artists - a full property development and interior design service from consultation to completion. Sensitively realising the full potential of each property and fulfilling each client's wishes for their home. Creating imaginative, personal, timeless and soulful homes in tune with the client and the way they choose to live.

An initial client consultation and property review takes place in order to understand the client's requirements and vision for their home. Outline proposals are presented for agreement. Design drawings / plans / conservation and refurbishment specifications / concept boards are then progressed, detailing appropriate techniques, materials, colours, finishes, furnishings, lighting and floor plans. Three dimensional plans / video of specific areas are produced if required. Approved proposals are presented along with fully costed and detailed development and implementation schedules.

Clients purchased a beautiful four bedroom barn conversion in the South Hams in Devon and asked Artisans and Artists to carry out the interesting task of designing and furnishing the entire property - between exchange and completion (fortunately this had been agreed as a protracted time frame to suit both the vendor and the purchasers). The company developed detailed layouts, plans and concept boards for each room, presenting to the clients on a regular basis for sign-off. The various furnishings were consolidated as they were produced into the main Artisans and Artists warehouse ready for completion day.

The final finishing touch to our beautiful room is now in place and looks wonderful. We are enjoying the restful and relaxing feel which the furniture, lighting etcetera give. We love it. We are having a few friends round for drinks. Having designed and installed the interior for the above new, large orangery, including a striking stone floor, in order to provide a relaxed sitting space and a dining area - the delighted clients asked Artisans and Artists to then refurbish a guest bedroom. Mark completed the electric fittings along with chandelier and it looks fantastic.
