This recent project in Acton London involved building work and refurbishments. We built a single storey rear extension for the client, we also built a loft conversion. Once the building work had been completed we preceded to do a full home refurbishment, which included a complete refurbishment of some of the rooms in house including the living room, hallway and staircase. The client came to us with a rather large brief and were a bit apprehensive to do all this work at once.
The Expert Crew were called back to South Woodford to do some more work in the same house. This client was extremely happy with the kitchen refurbishment and single story rear extension we did for them previously. We were ask to completely remove the old family bathroom and install a new one with new tiles and some extras too. The clients previous bathroom had all the pipes above the floor level, so as requested we moved them all below the floor which gave them more space and made the bathroom look a lot neater.
As you can see from the images above the project was completed to a high standard and the client was extremely pleased with the refurbishment. The Expert Crew did a fantastic job on our loft extension and first floor refurbishment. We instructed them to do the work whilst we used the lower half of the house and they did this in the most tidy and self contained manner that we were quite impressed. All the work of new walls, plastering, wood flooring and bathroom tiling as well as joinery in 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was done to a high level.
Expert Crew are extremely proud to show this Full Home Refurbishment project in Clapham Junction, South West London. As you can see from the images below the Expert Crew team did a great job here. The house needed a complete make over and that's what Expert Crew did here. Working from the ground up we replaced all the wooden flooring in the house and in some areas replaced all the tiling especially in the bathroom. The bathroom was completed gutted and and new bathroom was fitted and plumbed in.
