I’m sharing this to warn others and hopefully get a response from Highleys kitchens and bedrooms of Yorkshire Ltd., The Chapel, 131 Castleford Rd, Normanton WF6 2EL Work on our fitted furniture started on 13th November 2025, but it remains unfinished. I recently had fitted wardrobes installed by Highleys, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and really attentive to what I wanted.
The workmanship is excellent—everything fits perfectly, looks fantastic, and has clearly been built to a high standard. They kept me updated throughout the process, worked neatly, and completed everything on time.
On top of that, the price was extremely fair for the quality of work provided. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great service, great craftsmanship, and great value, but they absolutely did.
I’m delighted with the finished wardrobes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fitted bedroom furniture.

I instructed Highleys to build some fitted wardrobes and am highly delighted with them. The service I received from the initial measuring and guidance to the fitting of the wardrobes was second to none. The guidance I was given did make me think and change some aspects of the design for the better and the fitting of the wardrobes was undertaken by a perfectionist. I would highly recommend as these are high quality backed with an excellent service

From beginning to end, the owners were accessible for every decision and change I implemented. The entire old kitchen was removed for disposal. The new kitchen was installed flawlessly. The workmen and fitters were dependable, trustworthy, and approachable. I would highly recommend them.
Really pleased with the quality of work in both the bedroom and ensuite. Excellent "no pressure" design service allowed us to see various finishes, styles etc and very polite, friendly and professional installers ensured disruption was minimised. Attention to detail was impressive with minor tweaks not an issue. We will definitely look first to Highleys for future bed or kitchen works.
