From the A56/Manchester Road, head down Woodfield Road, which becomes Norman Road and turn right after the 'Morris Homes' Development. Our car park is free to use and is in front of the building, an immediate right after the 'Morris Homes' office. We have ramp access around our ground floor kitchen showroom, and a disabled toilet. Having been a highly-satisfied COD customer for nearly 40 years, when I began looking for a new kitchen I was delighted to find they offered a wide-selection of makes & designs. The staff were very knowledgeable & helpful, everything being handled smoothly up to the point my new kitchen was delivered to my home. Unfortunately everything when rapidly downhill after that!
Several of the kitchen units had been built to the wrong specification; doors were too large/small or didn’t match the rest of the kitchen; key components were missing; a supposedly made-to-measure bespoke worktop didn’t even fit the units it was designed to sit on!
COD’s helpfulness soon evaporated as phone calls & emails went unanswered. A letter of complaint to the Managing Director did little to improve matters. Every issue became a battle to the extent that only the commencement of legal action brought about any resolution. Five months after the delivery, issues still remain unresolved.
The moral of this story is that being a long-term loyal customer counts for little in this modern world, particularly if that loyalty was given to COD Kitchens!

I can not recommend highly enough Andrew and his team from COD kitchens and appliances. Purchased my kitchen 9 years ago (amazing- all went so smoothly and Andrew went above and beyond). For the last 9 years any issues I have with my kitchen- no questions asked - they get sorted! Their level of customer service is next to none - and they deserve the best reviews!!!
