The Firenza team have carried out 2 areas of work for us, Bathroom refit in 2019 and more recently in 2021 a larger Kitchen & Cloakroom refit which included some building work. On both occasions work has been carried out to an exceptionally high standard, no problem insurmountable which is great when working in a very old cottage. The whole team conducts themselves in a very professional manner at all times. Nothing is too much trouble from working with Andy and Rosie on Design through to Jeremy's meticulous eye for detail. We are delighted with finished rooms and would have no hesitation in recommending Firenza.

Just had Firenza in to fit a boiling water tap and new socket. Our fitter Jeremy was polite and did the job perfectly, a tidy worker. Even with the kids home asking many questions about what he was doing between their live lessons. I would definitely recommend them for big and small jobs.

It took us over a year to find someone to refurbish our bathroom. We had numerous representative from various companies come to our home and each time, we felt as though they were telling us what we could have and just didn't seem to listen to what we actually wanted. Then Firenza were recommended to us. From the very start, Andy and Kathryn listened to us and seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. They talked us through options and fully explained how our ideas would be implemented.
We met with Jerry who managed the project, and Aaron whose superb workmanship totally transformed our bathroom into something to behold. The entire Firenza team helped make our vision into a reality that we are so happy with and we cannot thank them enough.

We would highly recommend Firenza after fitting our new kitchen, we are so pleased with it.
From our first visit to the showroom through to completion everything was made so easy for us. They are an incredible team dedicated to fulfilling customers' requirements to ensure a perfect end result. Jerry and the fitters showed amazing attention to detail (as well as patience! - nothing was too much trouble), they were very clean and tidy workers who showed the utmost respect to our property.
The only disappointment is that we are not having visitors at the moment due to Covid-19 so unable show it off yet!

We got our Kitchen from Firenza about 5 years ago and we’re really pleased with it.
Andy and the team we’re brilliant and everything was done to a very high standard.
It looked amazing and we got so many great comments on it.
