1st Electrical & Fire Ltd is a company based in Polegate and is owned and run day to day by Lee Baulcomb. Lee Baulcomb has had 13 years experience in electrical contracting and was formally known as LB Electrical as a sole trader in the town for the last eight years. 1st Electrical & Fire Ltd was set up in April 2012 with the goal of giving customers a professional, reliable and good value service. In July 2012 Stuart McColl joined 1st Electrical & Fire Ltd. Stuart has worked in Eastbourne and across the whole of Sussex for the last 15 years installing and servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms along with installing and maintaining Entry Systems, CCTV, and Access control.
