Bought a MARXMAN Standard from Toolstation in early November 2020. Didn't use it until 06/01/2021. Turned out to be faulty. Can't return to Toolstation as over 30 days. Contacted the manufacturer (Charles Bently) via website contact form. Received appalling reply of "AS YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM US, WE ARE UNFORTUNATELY UNABLE TO HELP". Didn't expected such disappointing customer service from a reputable company.
