From the moment we called Charles the pressure of trying to decide on a kitchen simply lifted. We had been let down by another party at the last minute which put the project at risk. However, the experience of the Braverman team was such that within a few weeks we had a beautiful kitchen designed and ordered. Typically, once a business has your money the service tends to drop but not in this case. The exceptional service delivered at the start continued right the way through to installation of a very high quality kitchen and beyond. As our experience was faultless we decided to ask for a utility room fit out and once again I cannot fault anything or anyone in the team.
There are likely other excellent kitchen companies in London, but I doubt there are more than a small handful working at the level of quality and professionalism that Braverman demonstrated from beginning to end of our project. From our first contact to the final tweaks of the installation we experienced nothing but the sort of service that would be the envy of any company doing business in any field. Our needs were anticipated, accommodated, monitored, and completely satisfied. It is certainly possible that the Hcker kitchens and Siemens appliances that Braverman features are not to everyone's particular taste, but if they are I cannot imagine getting a better better kitchen - and kitchen renovation experience - anywhere else. Charles, Jamie, Sara, and Arthur were simply the best. Thank you!
