Fresh top-soil applied, compacted and levelled, the cultivated turf is then laid and watered. We excavate to a 100mm depth, fill with 50mm MOT Type 1 Granular which is levelled and compacted, filled with a further 50mm sand levelled and compacted, followed by a membrane laid on top of the sand, the astro-turf is then fitted and secured at the edges.
