we live in sheltered housing had a new back door fitted in the close last thursday Fortress were supposed to come and fit the system to work the fobs but no one turned up till tuesday at 3.30pm left at 4.30 still no security and now we cant get in the front door as our fobs do not work so i dont know what they have done nobody turned up today so another night without security so not very happy.
