I've been absolutely blown away with the amazing level of customer service.
Due to poor mobile phone signal in our location, there were challenges on installation.
Colin never gave up and persisted to get the problem resolved at no extra cost, despite having to come back several times.
No monies was asked for or taken until everything was functional.
Also a visit a week later scheduled to ensure we are happy and all is working well.

Colin gave me a free estimate and advised as to what was required. A very competitive estimate was given. The work done was very professional, house left very clean and alarms workings explained until I was clear as to how it work. Follow up visit organised to ensure that I was happy with the alarm. Would defiantly use the company again
