I was very happy with the service received from the Locksmith. He discussed my problem initially over the telephone, explained clearly what work would be required and the potential cost to ensure that I was happy to proceed. He called out to complete the job at short notice on the same day as our telephone discussion at the agreed time and also carried out a small additional task I asked about when the initial job was completed. UPVC door into the garage, door wouldnt open, lock, mechanism issue. Contacted Stephen, the service was excellent, communicated well, fitted me into a busy day, let me know when he would arrive. The locksmith Stephen kindly agreed to come at short notice. He was punctual and assessed the work to be done to rectify this problem with the French doors. He was professional & sociable and undertook the adjustments to get the doors working correctly. He was also obliging enough to adjust the front door too , at the same visit . I very pleased.

I recently contacted Steve regarding problems with a window lock and a UPVC door repair. He answered my call, knew what the issue was and agreed to come out to fix it. I'd fully recommend to anyone. Arrived 15 minutes after contacting, had all the equipment he needed to do the job and was upfront about the cost before arriving. Didn't just fix the locking mechanism, realigned the door which has stopped the draft too.
