Picture the scene: Saturday 18th March, leaving home to go to work just before 7am, set alarm close door, where's the keys??? Hell! in the inside lock and the door locks shut on exit! Quick! Get spare key from key safe and see if I can knock the keys out - No, no joy! Taxi!! Message sister & hubby to go round and try to get keys out of the door. No joy. Search for a local locksmith, find Lock & Key Master Wirral. Call, explain situation to Jay who was very clear about the cost of the service. Arrange to meet him at my house after work. Soon after the taxi gets me home Jay arrives. Punctual, Polite & Professional - not a cowboy, but an honest individual whom I can't thank enough for his fantastic service.
Hopefully I won't need a locksmith anytime soon, but if I, or anyone I know, need one in the future I recommend Jay from Lock & Key Master Wirral.

Locksmith was friendly and immediately set to work investigating the locking mechanism issue. Problem was rectified and repairs were quickly completed. He also noticed that the door was out of alignment and fixed that at no extra charge. Would highly recommend this company.

I’ve used LKM for well over 10 years. They’ve always been very knowledgable and helpful. Often being able to source replacement door parts I’ve struggled with elsewhere.
I recently had a new key cut for a safe I’d bought off them 10 years ago, and when having problems with the key, they came out to me same day, stripped the lock down on the safe and serviced it while adjusting the new key to the lock.
Fantastic service, will continue to recommend.
