scam stole our money and ran refuse to answer calls, do not trust Russ Jones took over 1000 for us and blocked our number after saying would fix our locks we even know 5 other people he has scammed

An exterior door lock had broken meaning the door failed to lock. A quick call to Russ and he was at my door in 20 minutes. He provided a temporary fix as the mechanism had to be replaced and the parts needed to be ordered, meaning I could at least lock the door. He arrived a few days later and fitted the new parts. I can’s speak highly enough of Russ’s work and he explained everything throughout. Highly recommended and extremely reliable
